1. What are the business problems you are trying to fix? 
2. What are the technologies you plan to invest in to solve those problems?  
3. How are you improving your customer’s experience?  
4. How are you planning to fund?
5. How will you then measure success? 

CFOs can now implement technology to run data so they can focus more on innovating and predicting the needs of the business. For example, by leveraging AI, transactional tasks that still occupy much of a CFO’s time can be automated. Thus allowing them more time to focus solely on improving overall business performance.
